Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to manufacture parts that meet quality and production standards. This position performs basic machine setup, inspects finished products, and helps maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment Load and unload parts or materials Perform basic machine setup and adjustments Inspect finished parts for quality and defects Meet daily production and efficiency goals Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
