Assembly Operator

The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling parts and components according to established work instructions and quality standards. This position operates basic tools and equipment, performs visual quality checks, and ensures completed products meet production requirements. Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components according to work instructions Operate basic hand tools and production equipment Inspect finished products for quality and defects Meet daily production and efficiency goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
